Refund Policy
In the event that the tour or any part of it cannot take place due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, the Company is not obligated to provide any refunds. However, the Company may offer a refund at its sole discretion, considering factors such as the number of participants and the cancellation policies of suppliers like hotels. The Company’s decision regarding the amount of the refund will be final.
Processing refunds (if applicable) will require at least 15 to 30 days.
Please note that no refunds will be issued if the Client is unable to use services such as accommodation, sightseeing, transportation, meals, entrance tickets, or optional excursions for any reason.
Refunds, if any, for changes or cancellations, will be made directly to the Client. If the booking was made via credit card, any refunds will be credited back to the card account at the Company’s discretion. Refunds will take a minimum of 30 days to process.
There are no refunds for any unused services, including meals, entrance tickets, optional tours, accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing, for any reason.
